Jim and Julia have handled the mortgages for both my first and second homes. I am so grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness and patience throughout the process for each. Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily friends of ours recommended James George, and his team at Global Mortgage. James and Donna made the process much easier than we had been anticipating. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. They were upfront with everything and kept us informed of everything that was happening.
